The firm was founded in 1980 and now has 35 staff (attorneys, paralegal and admin support). It represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters.

Position: Administrative Assistant - San Francisco, California — Full-Time, in-person. Entry-level.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $50k-$55k Yearly DOE

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scanning documents and files
  • Creating e-files in our network drive
  • Telephone support
  • Case-noting
  • Data entry
  • Billing support
  • Clerical duties

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of administrative experience and/or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Competent use of Adobe Acrobat, Windows, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
  • Interest in human rights and immigration matters a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
