Position: Administrative Assistant - San Francisco, California — Full-Time, in-person. Entry-level.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $50k-$55k Yearly DOE
Duties and Responsibilities
- Scanning documents and files
- Creating e-files in our network drive
- Telephone support
- Case-noting
- Data entry
- Billing support
- Clerical duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 year of administrative experience and/or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Competent use of Adobe Acrobat, Windows, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Interest in human rights and immigration matters a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
