This position will be fast-paced, and daily responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and editing correspondence, preparing presentations and reports
- File maintenance and document management
- Meeting and calendar management
- Preparing expense reports
- Internal and external client interaction
- Handling various special projects as assigned
Requirements include:
- 4+ years of solid administrative experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with extremely confidential documents
- Incredible attention to detail
- High level of professional savvy
