Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a warm, professional welcome
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Perform data entry and update office records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order and organize office supplies
- Support various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software (email, Excel, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking ability
- Professional, punctual, and dependable demeanor
