Responsibilities
- Sort, process and distribute all incoming mail and prepare mail for scanning for electronic indexing.
- Reception – Answering telephones, routing calls to appropriate parties and greeting visitors.
- Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating and scanning documents.
- Processing outgoing mail including USPS and FedEx.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory and organization of supply room and kitchen.
- Other projects as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 1-year administrative support experience required.
- Excellent phone, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new technology and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, use of office machines such as multiline phone systems, fax/copier/scanner and mail machine.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good customer service skills; tactfulness and consideration in dealing with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Desire to advance career within our organization.

Salary
The national average hourly rate salary for this role is $16 to $20 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
