Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Max Pay Rate: $25.95/hr W2
Duration: 2 years
Location: Remote (the candidate is required to attend meetings in PST)
Description:
- Performs administrative tasks with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures.
- Communicates with internal teams to request Quote Approval Requests with specific requirements.
- Clarifies quote requests and manages the status of ongoing issues through internal communication.
- Coordinates with sales, IT, services, and business center teams for issue resolution and responses.
- Resolves a broad range of service/support problems varying in scope and complexity.
Requirements:
- Must have a dedicated workspace to qualify for remote work.
- May require higher education, specialized training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with database tracking and management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills for handling complex and time-sensitive escalations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of both general and technical aspects of the job.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide responsive customer service despite interruptions.
