Leading by #PuttingPeopleFirst, Phoenix Support Services is the support center of Advanced Digital Media Services, a digital marketing company in Florida and Colorado, US. Located in the Philippines, we engage and delight our customers through industry expertise.

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage data entry, organize documents, and support the CEO’s calendar, serving as a reliable point of contact and providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and database management
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and reminders
  • Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping tasks
  • Assist with internal communications and basic correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive and management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (new graduates welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently
