Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $19.55/hr

Responsibilities
- Performs the administrative and business office services tasks as assigned by the Community Business Director.
- Assists the Community Business Director with accounts receivable, including maintaining resident data in systems and files; input of ancillary charges and monthly billing statements; review of aging reports and supporting collection efforts.
- Assists the Community Business Director with accounts payable, including coding invoices, data entry into systems, and filing of vendor files.
- Assists with payroll functions by running daily punch reports, correcting missed punches, supporting pay period end functions and training staff on time clock procedures.
- Assists with human resources functions such as new hire orientation, enrollment and plan changes; maintaining personnel files and tracking FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and other programs as assigned.
- Assists with month-end close procedures and accruals; assists with account research as necessary.
- Provides direct phone coverage with receptionist staff.
- Manages and orders community office supplies.
- May drive a company vehicle to social and other destinations (only if required by the community).
- Supports sales efforts by scheduling tours, answering inquiries, and conducting tours as needed.
- Other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office; able to navigate the internet.
- Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
- State required training guidelines.
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and coworkers.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure.
- Ability to follow written or oral instructions accurately.
- Ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
