Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management, scheduling, and customer satisfaction activities. Handle basic accounting duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking. Conduct general office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Communicate effectively with customers, centers of influence, the production team, marketing reps/estimators, and the office manager/owner. Maintain high customer satisfaction, current accounts payable and receivables, and organized files and reports. Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service during their times of need.
Responsibilities:
  • Address and manage customer needs and concerns, notify management as needed
  • Answer calls, provide customer service, and document messages
  • Prepare and maintain job documentation to brand standards
  • Manage compliance documentation, business resumes, and national account programs
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and related materials
  • Provide IT support, facilitate backups, software upgrades, and organization
  • Support marketing efforts and pursue personal and professional growth
