Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple SVPs' calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings and conference calls.
- Arrange travel plans, including purchasing tickets, creating itineraries, and transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate internally and externally with personnel, clients, and business associates.
- Maintain and update internal online filing systems.
- Distribute and file materials.
- Assist on special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Skills and Attributes:
- Professional, detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in finance is a plus.
