Responsibilities

Provides administrative and clerical support to Community or Portfolio Managers. Acts as a contact for homeowners and Board Members. Performs duties in accordance with Access Management's policies and procedures.

  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and handle correspondence
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, and files for Portfolio Managers
  • Assist in maintaining community files and uploading documents
  • Manage ARC applications and communicate with stakeholders
  • Assist with website updates and communication
  • Prepare materials for board meetings
  • Respond to homeowner and Board inquiries professionally
  • Serve as liaison for committees
  • Assist with newsletters, ballots, and violation processes
  • Support budget development and meetings organization

  • Participate in meetings and projects as needed
