Description

We are currently seeking Dental Administrative Assistants to provide administrative support for our Military missions in the State of ________ on an "as needed" basis. Responsibilities include tasks before, during, and after events, as well as administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, managing paperwork, inputting soldier information, and setting up and dismantling event sites.

We offer services to maintain the medical and dental readiness of the following military units:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Requirements

• Dental office or administrative experience
• Completion of necessary training for Military events
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Prior dental experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Experience in a military setting (preferred)
• Weekend availability
