Overview
VTG is seeking Administrative Assistants in Vanderberg, CA (VSFB) and Cape Canaveral, FL.
What will you do?
Enterprise Staff Services - Administrative Support (AS) provides comprehensive administrative support across the OSL enterprise. Responsibilities include office administration, calendar management, clerical services, travel arrangements, MAT Team coordination, conference room management, visitor support, meeting support, records management, and support for the OSL Director's Action Group (DAG). The specific skill level required (Gl through G3) depends on the applicable launch service contract Statement of Work (SOW).
Tasks may include:
- Managing schedules and appointments based on priorities established by the government.
- Tracking the status of correspondence and actions.
- Managing clearances and access lists.
- Organizing office files and document archiving.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and processing related vouchers.
- Escort visitors and guests.
- Providing backup administrative support to other offices.
- Assisting new employees with setup and onboarding.
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating equipment repairs.
- Producing and publishing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Monitoring telephones and maintaining knowledge management tools.
- Disseminating information and proposing process improvements.
- Ensuring meeting readiness and supporting event organization.
- Participating in meetings, preparing reports, and serving as a focal point for programs or processes.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Drafting, proofreading, and finalizing correspondence.
- Preparing briefing materials and presenting information as needed.
- Monitoring and reporting on task progress related to programs or transactions.
- Performing MAT program management coordinator tasks.
Qualifications
Requires a current and active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Experience requirements are as follows:
5 YEARS EXP | = ASSOCIATES |
10 YEARS EXP | = BACHELORS |
15 YEARS EXP | = MASTERS |
Abilities:

Compensation
Estimated starting pay range is $90,000 - $130,000 annually, subject to experience, education, skill level, market considerations, and contractual requirements.
