SEC Energy is a single-source provider of natural gas compression equipment, parts, and services to all segments of the oil & gas industry. Position Overview
This role provides administrative support in Odessa, Texas, for the SEC Services group. Key responsibilities involve SAP, scheduling, time entry, order processing, receiving, and invoicing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, reservations, and travel for area managers and supervisors.
- Manage electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist the Area Manager and team as needed.
- Create goods receipt for all PO transactions upon receiving POD.
- Handle incoming mail, liaise with vendors, and support special projects.
- Work overtime or weekends as required.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years in administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
