A metal fabrication manufacturer in East Tulsa is seeking a high-energy, employee-focused HR Assistant to join their team. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, fundamental HR processes, and various HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Description

- Provide daily customer service-style interaction with all employees.
- Guide applicants through the direct-hire process.
- Coordinate interviews for potential hourly candidates with managers and supervisors.
- Perform data entry, including W-4 changes, direct deposit changes, and payroll deductions.
- Handle monthly reporting requirements.
- Ensure all temporary employees are entered into the system and update employment statuses as needed.
- Conduct communication meetings in a manufacturing environment.
- Assure compliance with all division and corporate policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills.
- Ability to maintain employee confidentiality is required.
