We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our busy medical practice and provide exceptional support to one of our amazing providers. This is a dynamic opportunity to be an integral part of our healthcare team, ensuring smooth daily operations and patient care delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and scheduling support for Provider.
  • Accurately enter patient information and update electronic medical records.
  • Perform prior authorizations for imaging studies and medications as ordered by Provider.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Perform general office duties including scanning, faxing, and responding to patient inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical office is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) or EPIC electronic health records is highly desired.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume environment with professionalism and precision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work some evenings until 7 PM.
