Provenance Realty Group is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our high energy team in providing residential real estate services to future and existing clients. Provenance Development provides a superior product in a sustainable development, bringing the concept of the Traditional Neighborhood Development as well as a new gated, natural community to Shreveport, incorporating attractive streets and public places, protected natural areas, and a variety of housing types to our residents. Position duties include assisting the Sales Manager, Sales Agents, greeting clients and visitors, answering and routing incoming phone calls, managing home purchase and sales transaction paperwork, as well as managing the office, processes and supplies in manner that contributes to the success of the business. The ideal candidate will possess a positive outlook and enjoy working as part of a successful team. The candidate must possess or be willing and able to acquire an active Louisiana Real Estate license.
Responsibilities:
  • Completion of forms, schedule appointments, setup closings and handle any other administrative items associated with sales
  • Coordination of purchase agreements, inspections, repairs and coordination of closings
  • Hosting Saturday and Sunday open houses as needed
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Remain knowledgeable about our communities, real estate markets, and best practices
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • 2 years of administrative experience within the real estate industry is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
