Administrative Assistant Job at Southern Tire Mart at Pilot LLC in Albuquerque

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to keep America rolling with our family-owned company that continues to grow after 50 years in business.

This job position covers a wide range of duties and day-to-day activities. A significant amount of time will be spent answering phone calls, billing customers, taking payments, dispatching technicians, and coordinating repair services.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls and providing customer service
• Communicating with both customers and coworkers in the local office as well as in the corporate office
• Utilizing our point-of-sale system to find and add information and orders

Skills / Education / Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, accounts payable/receivable, logistics, etc. experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Great customer service skills
• Effective communication via email and phone
• Must be capable of multi-tasking and working in high pace environment
