This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Driver based out of Manhattan, KS. The Truck Driver will be responsible for hauling material and equipment to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive trucks on day-to-day basis; perform Pre-trip inspections and maintain the truck in good working condition.
• Haul and dump materials using Barrel Bed and Tandem trucks safely.
• Haul material such as dirt, sand, gravel, and demo material to and from job sites.
• Operate heavy machinery such as dozers, excavators, compactors, etc., as needed.
• Load and unload heavy machinery using a lowboy; safely secure loads for travel.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and Medical Card
• Ability to operate manual trucks
• Truck driving experience
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Experience hauling Heavy Machinery with use of Lowboy
• Ability to operate barrel beds and tandem trucks
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Ability to get on Fort Riley
