We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible, under the direction of the Transportation Manager, for grain deliveries within AgState. At AgState, you will find a team atmosphere committed to safety and excellent customer service and a stable career.

Responsibilities
- Drive trucks to deliver grain, fertilizer or feed ingredients to end users and within our company as transfers.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on truck and daily pre-trip inspections.
- Schedule all maintenance with appropriate personnel.
- Loads/unloads truck.
- Keep the vehicle always clean in accordance with AgState’s image.
- Always utilize good customer service skills when servicing and greeting customers, and when working with co-workers and other departments within the company.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner, according to AgState’s Safety Policy.
- Assist with other locations, as needed.
- Must be a team player.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds from the floor to a height of 48 inches.
- Requires a high degree of attention and dexterity.
- May be required to wear respirator.
- Must have and maintain a valid Class A CDL with endorsements.
- Have a desire to obtain further licensing for agronomy needs.
- Will train.
