What You Have

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Clean driver history and annual abstract.
• Trustworthiness, responsibility for high-value assets.
• Ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, and work independently.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Lifting/carrying 50 lbs., reaching overhead, pushing/pulling, standing, bending, crouching, repetitive hand use, grasping.
• Ability to navigate a work environment with industrial machinery, heavy equipment, heights, and forklifts.
• Effective communication with the public, understanding traffic signs, and record-keeping.

Minimum Education, Training, And Experience

• Building customer service culture.
• Obeying traffic laws, truck loading/unloading, merchandising, donation support, organization, meeting targets, loss prevention, safety.
• Basic math skills at high school level.
