Cambria, Inc. is hiring: Truck Driver in San Francisco

This key position will deliver Cambria’s products to a specified route of fabricators on time and with accuracy in a friendly and professional manner. As a Truck Driver for Cambria, you will be responsible for driving, loading and unloading trailers, and performing other warehouse duties as needed, all while providing excellent customer service to our partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retain knowledge of and comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete daily bills of lading
- Maintain safe operation and clean appearance of truck
- Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records
- Report any maintenance malfunctions immediately
- Verify product during loading/unloading of inbound/outbound trailers
- Adhere to all safety requirements
- Operate forklifts and cranes safely as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 2 years of commercial driving experience with a straight truck
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Meet DOT physical and medical requirements
- Pass pre-employment substance abuse test
- Operate a straight truck with attention, skill, and dexterity to prevent damage
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Forklift and crane certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve
Additional Requirements:
- Travel: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight trips. Familiarity with region and routes.
- Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 300 lbs., wear PPE, participate in daily exercises, work outdoors in all weather, walk and bend frequently.
Starting hourly range: $26.00 - $32.00, depending on role, level, and location. Cambria offers a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, and more.
