We are a locally owned and operated landscape company serving multiple locations. This is a full-time, year-round position focused on operating a variety of trucks to support landscaping and snow removal operations.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Do you love driving truck? We have a great team of truck drivers and a fleet of 100+ trucks. We are currently looking for a full-time Logistics Truck Driver to operate a variety of trucks including: semi, hook truck, curtain side straight truck, single axle dump, and quad axle dump. Pay range is $25.00-$32.00 per hour DOE. Full-time, year-round position. Benefit Eligible - medical, dental, vision, disability, life, PTO, paid holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of trucks to meet the needs of the organization including: semi, hook truck, curtain side straight truck, single axle dump, and quad axle dump.
• Hauling landscape and snow removal materials such as dirt, Class 5, salt, and snow.
• Operate salt trucks for commercial snow management
• Operate and maintain all equipment within company safety and preventive maintenance standards
• Maintain records of job status
• Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with the team and company leadership
• Work autonomously with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high-quality decision making in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class B commercial driver's license with air brake endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Flexible work hours

Preferred

• Class A commercial driver's license
• Experience with driving a truck with a manual transmission
