Responsibilities

Allan Myers is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Class B CDL driver to join our team. Enjoy top-tier benefits and competitive pay. Our drivers operate locally and return home safely after each shift. (Night shift)

This non-exempt role involves transporting construction materials to customer sites or various locations, following Allan Myers policies and procedures.

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and identify damages or tampering.
• Pickup and haul materials such as dirt, stone, or asphalt to job sites, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
• Maintain accurate truck logs per regulations and company policy.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding schedules and site conditions.
• Adhere to truck maintenance, cleanliness, and repair guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Hourly Range: $25.00 - $30.00, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of construction site experience.
• Valid Class B CDL required.
• At least one year of CDL driving with a GVW of 33,000 pounds or more.
• Previous dump truck experience preferred.
