Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tender Truck Driver to join our team! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Safely and efficiently transport fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to applicators and customers, providing exceptional service.
- Load and unload fertilizers and chemicals, fill anhydrous ammonia tanks, and maintain vehicles and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
- Assist with elevator operations, including loading/unloading grain, monitoring equipment, and maintaining a safe facility.
- Respond to customer needs, manage concerns professionally, and foster strong relationships.
- Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and regulations, promoting safety awareness.
- Collaborate with team members across locations to achieve company goals and assist with various tasks.
- Participate in training and safety meetings to stay current and improve skills.
- Complete paperwork accurately and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent. Familiarity with agronomy and equipment is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or B) and Tanker Endorsement.
