Brightview is hiring: Snow Truck Driver in Chelmsford

Responsibilities:

The Snow Truck Driver will handle snow removal tasks, operating snow plow and box trucks, ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels, and salt spreaders. Shifts are on-call, ranging from 6 to 12 hours, often overnight depending on storm conditions. Longer hours may be required during larger storms, with the season beginning at the first snowfall.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience with plow or salt trucks
• Over 3 years of experience with skid-steer, front-end loader, backhoe, or similar vehicles with plows and snow containment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid, clean driver's license (CDL not required)
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety
• Smartphone for attendance tracking app
• Dependable transportation
• Ability to pass training and background checks
• Legal to work in the USA
