Job Title: Truck Driver CDL Class A

We deliver our glass products to customers on the East Coast and Mid-West. The role involves a mix of overnight and local trips. Compensation includes hourly and/or per mile pay, plus per diem.

Job Information:

• Location: Ridgeway, VA
• Route: VA, Washington D.C., MD, NJ, NY, PA, OH, MA; out 2-3 nights a week, weekends at home
• Trailers: Flatbed, open and enclosed rack trailer, Conestoga trailer
• Product: Racks or crates of fabricated glass products
• Transmission: Manual and Automatic
• Pay: Bi-weekly, mix of hourly and/or per mile plus per diem
• Vehicle Inspection: Pre and post trips as required by DOT, communicate repairs
• ELD Maintenance: Using provided device
• Material Handling: Securing loads, assisting in unloading (manual, boom, or Moffett)
• Checks: Material counts and damages
• Route Planning: With Supervisor
• Customer Communication

Requirements:

• License: CLASS A CDL
• Experience: 24+ months, clean driving record
• Handling: Moffett, Boom lift, Touch freight
• Manual transmission experience
• Good communication and people skills
• Basic Computer Skills
