Essential Job Functions

• Safely operate a tractor trailer truck through city streets and tight spaces.
• Complete daily trailer swaps and required paperwork.
• Assist other drivers as needed.
• Ensure trucks are clean and ready for use.
• Check vehicles for safety and compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain necessary certifications, including DOT Medical Card, and pass drug screens and background checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the metro areas and safety regulations.
• Professional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Prior driving experience with a CDL Class A license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a tractor trailer independently and communicate effectively.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and operate related equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• CDL Class A license.
• 2-3 years of tractor trailer driving experience.
• 3-5 years of a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 70 lbs, operate equipment, and navigate various environments safely.

Work Details: Non-Exempt, travel within the geographical area as needed, work location varies by role.
