Job Overview

Recent CDL-A graduates can start their trucking career with paid training. We are seeking motivated, safety-conscious recent grads ready to begin their driving journey. With hands-on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you'll gain essential experience for a successful OTR trucking career.

What We Offer

• Hands-On Training Program: 4-6 weeks with a certified mentor
• Paid Orientation & Training
• Weekly Solo Pay: $1,200-$1,500 on average
• Home Time: Every 2 weeks
• Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Completion of a 120-hour CDL school
• Passing a road test and drug screen at orientation
• No recent major moving violations
• No recent terminations within the past 6 months
• No Clearinghouse violations (SAP drivers not accepted)
