Recent CDL-A graduates can start their trucking career with paid training. We are looking for motivated, safety-minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With hands-on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you'll gain the experience needed for a successful OTR driving career.
What We Offer
- Hands-On Training Program: 4-6 weeks with a certified mentor
- Paid Orientation & Training
- Weekly Solo Pay: $1,200-$1,500 on average
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks
- Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Completion of a 120-hour CDL school
- Passing a road test and drug screen at orientation
- No recent major moving violations
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months
- No Clearinghouse violations - SAP drivers not accepted at this time
