Full job description

We’re hiring a reliable and professional Non-CDL Hotshot Drivers to run regional routes with a 3/4 or 1-ton pickup and gooseneck trailer. You’ll be responsible for safe, timely delivery of partial and full truckloads across a multi-state area. On the job training is available for otherwise qualified applicants.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Hauling freight with a 3/4 or 1-ton pickup and 35'–40' gooseneck trailer

Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Planning routes, securing loads, and managing basic paperwork

Communicating with dispatch and customers professionally

Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs

Requirements:

Clean MVR (no major violations in the past 3 years)

Must pass a drug screening

DOT Medical Certificate required (can be obtained upon hire)

Able to lift 50+ lbs and secure cargo using chains, binders, and straps

Strong time management and route planning skills

Driver must be able to clearly speak and read English

Preferred but not required:

CDL (A or B) (or willing to obtain)

Experience with ELD/logbooks and Hours of Service compliance

Basic mechanic experience

At least 1 year of professional driving experience (hotshot or similar)

Pay & Schedule:

Pay is percentage of load, based on experience

Flexible home time

Weekly direct deposit
