Pay

Pay scales reflect earned miles and dedication. Regional, Super Regional, and OTR positions are available:

• Regional Drivers: about $1,200/week, averaging 2,500–2,600 miles
• Super Regional Drivers: about $1,300–$1,400/week, averaging 2,600–2,800 miles
• OTR Drivers: about $1,500/week, averaging 3,000 miles

Home Time

Balanced schedules to help you plan ahead. Regional and Super Regional options, and OTR with extended blocks:

• Regional: Out 7–9 days, home 1 day for every 7 days out
• Super Regional: Out 14 days, home 2
• OTR: Out 3 weeks, home for 3 days

You choose your home time location so you’re never stuck where you don’t want to be.

Equipment & Convenience

Top-tier equipment with driver-friendly features. You’ll drive a Kenworth T680 automatic with Smart Idle, bunk heater, double bunk, and a 1500-watt inverter. Trucks are serviced regularly; most freight is 85–90% drop and hook. For loads needing unloading, an electric floor jack is provided and you’re paid for it.

Terminals & Benefits

With 30 terminals nationwide, you’re never far from support. Fifteen terminals feature gyms, truck washes, and laundry facilities.

• Health: United Healthcare after 60 days
• Retirement: 401K with company match through Fidelity after 90 days
• Other Pay: Detention pay, Layover pay, Holiday pay, and optional Hazmat pay

Orientation

3-day orientation at Joplin, MO; Dallas, TX; or Atlanta, GA. Travel is covered with a rental car or Greyhound, plus Uber to the hotel if needed.
