What You’ll Do

• Deliver anunmatched customer experience—educating customers on supplements, nutrition, and performance strategies.
• Build strong relationships with customers, earning trust as a reliable fitness resource.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and motivating retail environment.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
• Be a brand ambassador—representing the Coalition Nutrition standard both in and out of the store.

What We’re Looking For

• Aself-starter with drive—someone who doesn’t settle for average.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for health, fitness, and performance.
• Ability to work flexible, part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Retail or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required—what matters most is attitude and willingness to learn.
