What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver a World-Class Guest Experience: Welcome guests at the entrance, guide them through their experiences, and ensure every moment is exceptional from gearing up to gearing down. Guests leave excited to share their personalized videos and photos and eager to explore new experiences.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Use computers and tablets to assist guests, help them fit gear properly, and address technical mishaps to maintain immersion.
• Keep it Shiny: Maintain cleanliness and order of the store, experience rooms, and equipment to preserve a premium, professional environment.

• Weekend Availability: Flexible scheduling with weekend availability as needed by location
