LÚDERE is seeking a part-time retail sales associate with the potential to develop into a full-time role if desired. This position will be on-site at our retail store and gallery on Tennyson Street in Denver.

LÚDERE is a Denver-based jewelry brand, retail store, and art gallery. LÚDERE means "to play". We create joyful & uncommon, fine & demi-fine jewelry made for a life of play. Our retail store & gallery is a place of exuberance and merriment that is an expression of our brand ethos - live life as play.In addition to the LÚDERE jewelry line, we sell the work of several local and national artists, as well as a curated selection of goods.

Availability

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must have open availability Friday through Sunday.
  • Must be available to work during special event periods, including Black Friday and Boxing Day, and certain holidays if required to meet the needs of the business.

  • Ability to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
  • Provide a Great Customer Experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing the customers' wait time.
  • Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise and determine resolution or escalate further – communicate all issues and resolutions to Store Management.
  • Create simple, straightforward social media content for the brand page
  • Other essential functions may occur as directed

Our ideal candidate will have the following traits

  • Experience with high-end / luxury goods
  • Experience with fine art sales
  • Knowledge of jewelry (values, materials, gemstones) and can communicate these effectively (training will also be provided)
  • Experience + skill with social media (Instagram + TikTok)
  • Experience with managing inventory
  • Understanding / passion for art, design, and personal expression
  • A desire to grow with the company over time

Schedule

  • This position will primarily be for weekend hours, but some weekday availability for coverage is preferred.
  • To start, we are primarily looking for 15 - 20 hours a week, with hours increasing substantially November - December.

Our hours are as follows:

  • Tuesday 11-5
  • Thursday 11-5
  • Friday 11-7
  • Saturday 11-7
  • Sunday 11-5

Compensation

  • Starting at $19.00-$20.00/hr (depending on experience) + participation in a team & individual bonus program
