Retail Store Associate

As a Wild Fork Team Member, your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all of our guests. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, gaining high product knowledge to recommend dishes or proteins. Responsibilities include inventory control, replenishing stock, picking and packing online orders, and providing a friendly checkout experience.

Compensation: $20/hour plus monthly bonuses based on performance

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – passionate about our products, educate customers about WFF
• Become a product and culinary expert through training, sharing recipes and cooking tips
• Provide a personalized shopping experience as a friendly butcher
• Assist customers at checkout, creating memorable experiences
• Stock shelves, lift up to 50 lbs, rotate products, and keep the store clean
• Manage price changes and operate the cash register
• Process e-commerce orders and oversee product deliveries
• Work in cold environments, including freezer inventory tasks
• Perform other related duties

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work in extreme temperatures (freezers)
• Stand/walk for 8-10 hours
• Move within the store frequently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• At least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Team player with integrity and ownership mindset
• Respectful and open to others' opinions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for food and customer service (preferred)
• Organized, multitasker, dependable
• Basic math skills
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
