Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, including operation of scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and manage store areas (Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, Restrooms).
• Comply with Health and Safety policies, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
• Support Front End coverage needs and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards; adhere to policies for labor laws, meal and break periods.
• Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Team-oriented with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Location: USA HomeGoods Store 1106 Hialeah Gardens, FL. Address: 3717 W 85th Path. This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
