Location: USA HomeGoods Store 0646, Gig Harbor, WA. This position has a starting pay range of $16.66 to $17.16 per hour. The Full Range of the position is $16.66 to $25.80 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Assist in multiple areas of the store as needed to support business needs.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Assist in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives; participate in safety awareness.
• Support labor policies, shrink reduction programs, and participate in feedback and recognition processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred.
