The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The associate advises our valued clients by providing accurate information on our range of products, services, and best-value options, exhibiting excellent customer care. The ideal candidate must be able to lift 45 pounds when needed.

The ideal candidate has previous retail experience, a consistent work history, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful attitude, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of retail/customer service experience (1-3 years management experience will be considered for management training program)
• Good communication and people skills
• Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
• Excellent packing skills
• Strong math skills required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Outstanding phone etiquette
• Dependable with a strong work history
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds
• Work well on a team
