Position: Retail Stocking Associate (part-time)

Anticipated rate: $15.75 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Eligible associates may participate in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability; eligible associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Paid time off up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year (as required by law).

Schedule: Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am – 10pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock product.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to attendance policy.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP (Injury, and Illness Prevention Program).
