Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and operation of floor maintenance equipment.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom and Restrooms.
• Adhere to company policies regarding Health and Safety (includes refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End).
• Support Front End coverage needs and cross-train in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.).
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards; participate in store recovery as needed.
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls including shrink reduction; communicate accurately with management and Associates.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures, including Associate meal and break period policies; participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience preferred
