Camping World is hiring: Retail Sales Associate in Kaysville

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our growing team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the best customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Lead department and assist/mentor colleagues
• Promote company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
• Maintain store appearance, including stocking and housekeeping duties
• Cross-train to perform other duties as needed
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and work ethic
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $14.00 - $16.53 hourly. This position is eligible for variable compensation estimated between $1,000 - $4,000 annually.
