Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsibilities include delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures and standards
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
