Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store.

• Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and provide correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Contribute to a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
