Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store overall.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; comply with labor laws, policies, and safety requirements.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
