Pay

Base pay range: $16.35/hr - $16.85/hr. This position has a starting pay range of $16.35 to $16.85 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction programs and maintain safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
