What You Will Do
- Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the right choice. Deliver exceptional customer service as a top priority.
- Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and develop skills in retail sales and product offerings.
- Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) and being on your feet during shifts.
- Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a positive final impression for customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
What We Need From You
- Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level retail role.
- Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
- Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency to represent the Skechers brand.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
Compensation
STARTING RATE: $17.00
HOURLY PAY RANGE: $17.00 – $18.04
