Objective:
ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, a world-class cutlery and cookware company, is looking for part-time Sales Associates to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, self-motivated, a team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion. Foodservice and cooking experience are a plus. Bilingual speakers in Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish are desired.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure outstanding and consistent customer service
- Maintain an attractive and inviting store environment
- Show and demonstrate products to encourage customer engagement
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist in receiving shipments in an organized and timely manner
- Maintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphere
Qualifications and Skills
- Enjoy cooking and entertaining
- Enjoy talking with and educating customers about products
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional attitude with flexibility and adaptability
- Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Able to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder
- U.S. citizens and authorized workers encouraged to apply; sponsorship not available
Compensation Range
$17-18.00 per hour, depending on experience
