Perfumes Era, a leader in luxury retail specializing in designer perfumes, Arabic fragrances, niche scents, and premium oils, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Store Administrative Assistant for our Auburn Hills location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, sales support, and keeping store operations organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and act as a fragrance consultant, offering personalized recommendations to boost retail sales
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Manage inventory control using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to track stock, sales reports, and restocking needs
• Assist with administrative tasks: scheduling, data entry, vendor coordination, and order processing
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and support in-store promotions
• Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and event coordination
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred to serve a diverse customer base
• Maintain reliable transportation with flexibility to cover other store locations if needed for emergencies

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a retail associate, sales associate, administrative assistant, or inventory specialist preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Interest in beauty retail, perfumes, or cosmetics is a plus
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional travel between store locations
