Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis, data mapping and transformations in applications in the financial domain.
• Draft and maintain user stories, process flows, EPICs et al.; work with agile, cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements, implement best practices, mentor junior developers, and address issues through root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide process documentation and business analysis; gather and translate business requirements to functional specifications.
• Support implementation and rollout of on‑premises and cloud‑based application development projects.
• Track project status, issues, risks, and updates with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Required Skills

• Domain Skills: Data Migration and Data quality, data survivor rules, data harmonization.
• Technical Skills: Strong SQL for querying and analyzing structured data across complex relational schemas; data mapping and transformation; ability to document business requirements and translate to functional specs; experience with user stories, process flows, EPICs and use cases.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and integrity; ability to work in an agile, cross-functional team.
