Responsibilities:

• Support the analytics team in evaluating gaps in current data products.
• Develop actionable plans to address identified gaps.
• Evaluate and streamline existing data environment, contribute to strategic revamp.
• Collaborate with leadership on data challenges.
• Standardize processes and AI capabilities in data models.
• Utilize SQL extensively.
• Work with Microsoft stack including Data Bricks, Azure, Power BI.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across teams and presenting recommendations.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for data manipulation.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and visual reports.
• Experience with Data Bricks is preferred.

The pay range is indicative of the current market and may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' benefits vary.
